Transaction Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of product orders by a club member will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Law") and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5770-2010 (hereinafter: "the Regulations") and in accordance with the website's policy as published on the website and as updated from time to time. Without derogating from the foregoing, it is clarified as follows:
Transaction cancellation will be made with the website management, it being agreed that the date of cancellation will be the date on which the notice was given to the website management, via the contact option on the website or via email.

A website user may cancel the transaction within the cancellation period as defined in Section 14c(c) of the Law (hereinafter: "the Cancellation Period"), after which the transaction cannot be canceled.

Partial cancellation of a transaction is not possible, and in any case where a website user wishes to implement only part of the transaction, they shall have to cancel the entire transaction subject to the conditions detailed above and below and place a new order.

Cancellation due to defect or non-conformity –

In the event of a transaction cancellation within the cancellation period, due to a defect or non-conformity, and after receiving notification from the website user, the website management will arrange to refund the amount paid by the user within 14 days from the date of receiving the cancellation notice.
Where a product has been supplied, the website management will arrange for the refund as stated in this section only after the website user has returned the product, notified the website management in writing, and the product has reached the website management.

Cancellation of a transaction, within the cancellation period, not due to defect or non-conformity –

A user may cancel a transaction not due to a defect or non-conformity, under the following cumulative conditions:
The cancellation was made subject to the provisions of the terms of use and within the cancellation period.
The user presented the original purchase invoice.
The product value is greater than 50 NIS.
The product has not been damaged and the user has not made any use of it (including connecting to electricity).
The product is returned to the website management in its original packaging, complete, intact, and without defects.
Shipping fees will be borne by the website user even if the product was not delivered to them but was handed over to the shipping company.

 

Returning items to the store (via shipping)

Return shipping cost: If you choose to return an item to the store via a courier, the shipping cost is 49 NIS. This amount will be deducted from the credit or refund amount you receive.

Returning items costing over 999 NIS: If the item you wish to return was purchased for 999 NIS or more, the return shipping cost is on us.

 

Results of transaction cancellation

The website management will contact the user and act, subject to the terms of use, to refund them, within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, the amount paid by them for the product, minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
